This website is operated by The Central App Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “The Central App”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Central App Limited.

The Central App offers all information, tools and services available from our web platforms to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our sites and/ or booking through us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of our sites, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, nomads, and/ or contributors of content.

The Central App Limited is a membership-based media publishing company and community. Both members and non members may reserve and use some areas of The Central App’s advertising inventory. 

Cancellation Policies

The following terms apply to advertising, sponsorships and promotions payments, cancellations and refunds:

Memberships

All our memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis for the various plans we have. Membership fees are charged at the time of joining for the first full month or any prorated dates.

A notice of cancellation is required in writing by email to admin@centralapp.nz, 30 days in advance (for example, if cancelling June 1st, written notice must be sent before May 1st).

We will be unable to process any refund if you choose to terminate your membership before the agreed duration of membership.

 

Monthly Advertising, Sponsorship or Promotions Packages

Monthly packages are charged at the time of booking for the first full month and invoiced monthly.

A notice of cancellation is required in writing by email to admin@centralapp.nz, 30 days in advance (for example, if cancelling June 1st, written notice must be sent before May 1st).

We will be unable to process any refund if you choose to terminate your advertising, sponsorship or promotions before the agreed duration.

 

One-off Advertising, Sponsorship or Promotions Packages

Members

One-off advertising products or packages will be accrued to your monthly invoice. 

You may cancel your booking for a full refund no less than 5 working days in advance of your booking.

The cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to admin@centralapp.nz.

A full credit will be available for bookings cancelled less than 5 working days prior.

No refund or credit is available if the booking is cancelled after the start time.

 

Non-members

One-off advertising products or packages are billed at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your booking for a full refund no less than 5 working days in advance of your booking.

The cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to admin@centralapp.nz.

A 50% refund will be available for bookings cancelled less than 5 working days prior.

No refund is available if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours before the start time.

No refund is available if the booking is cancelled after the start time.

 

Additional Cancellation Terms

If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to The Central App within 24 hours of the booking start time.

A booking is not officially cancelled until the client receives a cancellation confirmation e-mail from The Central App Limited.

If the cancellation e-mail is not received, contact us.

We may cancel your membership with immediate effect if you have breached any terms and conditions of this agreement, or membership fees or other charges remain unpaid 3 days after the due date and such a breach is not remedied by you within seven days, after being notified by us.

There will be no refunds if you do not notify us as described above.
